Booking: We still have a few dates available in 2011 and are also booking into 2012. The booking fee of 25% of the hunt price will reserve your choice of dates and location. Dates and locations are on a first come, first served basis.  Deposits are non-refundable, but can be applied to a future hunt.

Services Included with the price of the hunt: lodging, meals and drinks, and arranging meat/trophy processing and shipping.

Preparation:  Our big game hunts require physical fitness.  We don't hunt on wheels.  Vehicles and ATV's are only used to get to an area, the actual hunting is on foot.  It is your responsibility to be in adequate physical condition to be able to do moderate hiking at 4000' elevation.  It is recommended to have your rifle zeroed at 200 yards before arriving.  We will encourage you to recheck zero at camp.  It is your responsibility to practice with and maintain your rifle.  As a courtesy to the hunters that follow you in camp, we hope you understand the opportunities to miss game will be reasonably limited by us.  A blood trail constitutes a filled tag.

Travel: If you fly, we recommend you fly into Rapid City and rent an SUV to travel to the ranch.  There are things to see and do if you fill early and bringing your own transportation is recommended.
